Ariana Grande has done just about everything. She’s starred in not one, but TWO hit television shows (can’t we all agree Victorious and Sam & Cat ended way too soon?). Since she decided to focus on her music, she’s released hit after hit, collaborating with THE biggest names in music (we’re still counting down the days until the video for “Love Me Harder” drops!). Ari’s even found time for love in her busy schedule! (Did you know she’s officially dating Big Sean?! Sooo cute!)
So basically, what we’re saying is, Ariana Grande is on her way to world domination. The next step? Adding “movie star” to her already impressive resume!
Ari will be voicing a character named “Laura” in the upcoming animated film Underdogs, which will also feature stars like Nicholas Hoult and Glee‘s Matthew Morrison. OMG! The cast alone makes us want to see the movie.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the is about a shy (but crazy-talented) foosball player (voiced by Morrison) who has to defend his town and the girl he loves, Laura, from an evil soccer player, Ace (voiced by Nicholas Hoult). The movie hits theaters April 10!
